These terms cover your use of dreamjoblife.com, which is run by DreamJobLife from Pasir Ris, Singapore (email careers@dreamjoblife.com). Using the site or applying through it means you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
"Site" means dreamjoblife.com and all its pages. "We" and "us" mean DreamJobLife. "You" means any visitor or applicant. "Employer" means the organisation offering a role advertised here.
We publish home-based roles and introduce applicants to the employers behind them. We act as a recruitment intermediary; we are not the employer for any role on the site.
Applying does not make you an employee or contractor of DreamJobLife and does not guarantee that any employer will make you an offer.
The site is for adults in Singapore who are looking for work. You are responsible for meeting any eligibility or work-authorisation conditions that apply to a role you ask about.
Please read each listing in full, including the duties and conditions. Roles fill and details can change. If a role closes or changes in a way that matters to you, we will let you know before any introduction is made.
Complete the short form, then send the WhatsApp message to our HR team. Opening WhatsApp does not submit anything on its own; your application counts once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email us and we will take your application by email.
Only give information that is true and apply for yourself. Applying for someone else is allowed only if that person has asked for your help and agrees to it.
DreamJobLife does not charge applicants, at any point. Employers pay for the advertising and introductions they use. You will never be asked to buy credits, top up an account, pay to unlock a role or pay to have wages released. Treat any such request as not coming from us, and report it.
Pay is set by the employer, not by us. Before starting any work, ask the employer for written confirmation of its legal name, the duties, how you will be engaged, the rate, the expected hours and when you will be paid.
We are responsible for what we write and advertise; employers are responsible for the information they give us and for their obligations to the people they engage. If our advertising and this site ever say different things, tell us and we will correct whichever one is wrong.
How application details are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and any employer you are introduced to follow their own policies as well.
Do not impersonate anyone, send applications you know to be false, submit someone else's details without permission, upload harmful code, scrape the site in bulk or try to get into systems you are not allowed to use.
You may view the site and save or print a page for your own job search. Copying it to another website, selling its content, editing it or presenting it as your own is not allowed.
The site's text, design and layout belong to DreamJobLife or are used with permission. Photographs are licensed stock images and do not show real applicants or employers.
Buttons on the site open WhatsApp and email. Those services are not controlled by us and we are not responsible for how they operate.
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors, or that a role will stay open for as long as you need.
Except where the law does not allow it, the site is provided as it is, without any promise that it suits a particular purpose.
The site may contain typing, technical or factual errors. We may correct them at any time, and an error does not create an obligation we would not otherwise have.
As far as the law allows, DreamJobLife is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you break these terms, for example by sending someone else's details without their permission, you are responsible for the loss that results.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as an outage at a hosting or messaging provider.
If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we have given up the right to do so.
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the whole agreement between you and us about the site. We may transfer our rights under them to another organisation that takes over the service.
If something goes wrong between you and an employer we introduced, such as late pay or duties that differ from the listing, tell us. We cannot act for you in a dispute with the employer, but we review the listing, pause advertising for it while we check, and remove it if the information turns out to be wrong.
We may contact you about your application using the number or email address you gave us. Notices to us should be sent by email to careers@dreamjoblife.com. A notice counts as received on the next working day after it is sent.
Singapore law governs these terms and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection the law gives you.
Changes are published on this page with a new date and do not apply to anything that happened before they were published. Questions can be sent to careers@dreamjoblife.com.
